Our guest speaker Thursday is Shay Catrett, Vice President of BAYSOLUTIONS. Shay is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She has over a decade of experience in developing and presenting interpersonal relationship training. Shay is active in the community, has served in a number of volunteer positions, most recently as the Board President of Junior Achievement of Northwest Florida-Eastern Region. Shay will share some insights regarding how to motivate and engage your team members.

BAYSOLUTIONS is a local consulting company specializing in governmental relations and professional development training. Their clients consist of Fortune 500 companies, governmental agencies, not-for-profits and numerous small businesses. Most recently, they have developed and are instructing the ethics training mandated by the Florida Legislature, which is an annual requirement for all Constitutional officers and School Board members.
