(1) Informed research on the overall culture of poverty and low income employees.
(2) Affects of generational poverty and self-help efforts for potential low income employees.
(3) A working knowledge of the “hidden rules” in the workplace that will impact the organization’s core values and corporate strategic planning to positively affect key metrics, return on investment (ROI), employee retention and organization decision making.
This presentation is designed to initiate a mental and social paradigm shift among employers, middle and upper income citizens of Bay County regarding poverty, low income workers and its affects that causes the deterioration of many communities.
