Tracey’s field of expertise is organization development and she assists clients in strengthening organizational and personal effectiveness. Her specialty is working across levels and functions to create alignment between strategy and work processes, organization structure, and employee skills and attitudes. The resulting synergy improves both organization performance and employee engagement. Tracey holds a Master Degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor Degree in Political Economy of Industrial Societies from the University of California at Berkeley.
Julie has a passion for helping individuals and organizations grow. Her specialty is in Training and Development, assisting businesses as learning organizations. Much of Julie’s experience is in developing and delivering customized workshops, seminars or training programs for groups of five to 500. As a consultant, Julie has a knack for building rapport quickly and understanding the client’s needs to provide the best training-related interventions with the goal of improving performance and profitability. Julie has a Doctorate in Education from the University of North Texas with the focus on Training and Development. She also received her Master’s from UNT. Her B.A. was in Communication and Marketing at Stephen F. Austin University.
