Fiduciary Responsibilities for Plan Sponsors.
There is an increase in what the Department of Labor is expecting from plan sponsors and they are looking at plan sponsors as fiduciaries along with the accompanying responsibilities.

After graduating from the University of Houston with a B.S. in Accounting, Frank had the opportunity to be involved in a number of businesses, including oil and gas, tax and audit accounting, banking and medical service companies. Frank recognized that with this background and his desire to help families in navigating their financial obstacles, he decided to launch his financial planning practice in 2002.
Frank currently manages the finances for a select group of families in Florida and along the east coast. Following successful completion of the Certified Financial Planner designation, Frank has worked tirelessly at creating blueprints for his clients that provide clarity and comfort around their financial affairs. Frank helps his clients view their life goals as achievable by helping them understand what their wealth can accomplish and by working in collaboration with their CPAs, estate and business attorneys.
Frank is an active citizen in his community. He is a member of the Panama City Rotary Club; He currently serves as a member on the board of director of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce. He also is a member of the board of directors and treasurer of the Haney Education Foundation helping to provide scholarships for students looking to further their education.
On his downtime Frank enjoys sailing, golf, and currently lives in Panama City, FL with his wife and two sons.
