Details About Paul

In this one hour presentation, Paul Macleish will discuss the business need for great leadership and how companies develop and maintain great leadership within their organizations. Using examples from his 15 years experience at Walt Disney World Resort® in Orlando, Florida, Paul will discuss:
    •    The business case for leadership development and how to sell it to the executive team
    •    The impact of leadership in the corporate world
    •    How to design a culture that supports great leadership
    •    How to structure developmental programs that support leadership development
    •    How to hold people accountable for their leadership behaviors

Paul will also give examples of leadership development successes and failures from his own experience as head of design and development for the Disney Institute® business programs, VP of Leadership Development for AmeriCredit finance, and VP of Leadership Development for Centex.
